So I have 3000 members now but from different states... when exactly you know when to start making members pay for the service? Each state has 100 members.

What is the service? Are there better free alternatives to your site? Why don't you ask your members how you should fund your site?

Data over what period? 3,000 members, ~300 visits (to make the sums easy ) -- ten per cent visited if all visits were by member. If takeup rate for paid offering were, say 50% of those 300 and 5% of the remaining 2,700 members would you still have a viable site? Is there any way of making a dual offering so there's a free part and a premium (Paid) part?

That data was per yesterday sunday. Yes, it will be free and not free, but I don't know when should I charge for the service.

Sarahjones - your posts were DUPLICATED, so there was 2 of each one - and they were just parroting information that had already been posted.

If you're not going to actually contribute something new or really helpful, then the post is rather pointless and subject to deletion. Duplicate posts will be deleted, and if you're only posting to sprinkle your sig links around - the posts will be deleted.
