Joomla vs Drupal vs Wordpress - Medium Sized Business Site

Having read some topics about the various CMS offerings, I'd appreciate some comments on my specific needs.
I've decided to go for an off-the-shelf CMS for my new project. In the past I've always created a CMS of my own which was always formed of various control-panels and codes bunched together. They were never ideal and too user-friendly.
I have never used an off-the-shelf CMS in the past and am not in a rush so the learning-curve is fine.
The site will be for a business however open-source software is very preferable (for the benefits of a community and obvious cost implications).
The core of the site will be:
- User accounts (username/passwords),
- Any layer of communication between the CMS and an e-commerce store such as ZEN-cart could potentially be useful (?). Visa/Mastercard payments will be taken, can the CMS assist with this in any way?
- Any layer of communication between the CMS and Wikimedia could also be of use (?),
- Other than that, the site will be made up of circa 20 pages with content which will rarely be edited.
So, out of Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress, what are the pro's and con's of each and which will inevitably give me the most professional site and CMS functionality?
Any other advice is very much appreciated as well chaps.

I had a blog for drupal community. The stench of security, I had such deep ties and other comment spam. In the last month I switched to WordPress .I installed the plug in SEO too. If you Google Calendar San Tan, will be the first.

Well, I have tried Joomla and as what I have experienced there seems to be a problem on there template and the apperance of the articles. In WordPress, its okay to use..I haven't tried Drupal though and I am planning to use it soon.

What do you mean by "the stench of security"? I'm under the impression that security in Drupal is very good as it has been built around this element specifically?

Joomla no doubt the best, Opensource, community updates, and a lot of professional templates and extensions available. Saves time in coding custom scripts, and designing the layouts.

Joomla CMS that is more powerful for full-blown CMS. Joomla CMS is a piece of cake or install.Wordpress great is easy. It's easy to use, intuitive, and very flexible. That said, this is a blogging engine is more of a true CMS. WordPress is an excellent CMS, blogging and publication of your brain when it comes to work and consideration.

According to me Joomla is a CMS which is more powerful for a full blown CMS. Joomla CMS is like a piece of cake and very easy to install. It is also fairly simple and easy to use it.Wordpress CMS is a program to build the blog with different choices of topics. Like Joomla, WordPress is easy to install and use.Drupal which is great for blogs. It is easy to install. The theme is missing when compared with both.

I have tried all three for various sites and Wordpress beats the other two hands down for a many reasons.
Another analogy is.... all things being equal think about the VHS vs. Beta or Blu-Ray vs HDDVD argument. Generally the most accepted product is the that will stick around and stay on top for the longest time.
Wordpress seems to offer all the features of the other two plus a lot more. Also, it seems like it has the majority of the market share and will for quite some time.
That being said.....I would like to be the person that uses and knows how to work with the product that is the most popular because the more people that use it, the easier it will be for you to manage in the future.

Wordpress is better than Joomla hands down and has been for atleast a few years.
Wordpress can do EVERYHING that joomla can do and is a little lighter. Its easier to use for customers who don't know much about computers.
I have not really used Drupal, but I have no need as Wordpress has everything I need.

There are 3 major giant in CMS like
word press: better for SEO but when reaching in to Heavier Database functionality will go down when WP upgrade then it will go down for Blooging t is also good.
Joomla: Also Good For SEo but far better than Word press not too much issue related Database lots of component and plug ins.
Drupal: Not much experience in Drupal Development but good Security features than joomla and Word press

depends on what your trying to do;
I'd suggest wordpress for blogs,
However if your not making a blog, than try Joomla; so far i've found it very difficult to hack into Joomla based sites, although its not quite... impossible yet.
Just becareful with the add-ons that you use with Joomla, most of them have security vulnerabilities; *some of which are so n00b that simple sql injections work with them*

I have used Joomla, Blogspot and Wordpress. Joomla is excellent. I like blogspot as it is free and more customizable than the free version of WordPress. I use blogspot just to post my thoughts or to be in touch with my friends/colleagues. But for serious blogging, I prefer WordPress since it gives me total control over my blog and therefore I can personalize it the way I want.

As I have pretty good experience with joomla, I prefer it because it has several advantages:
It is supported by many extensions, add-ons, and plug in.
Joomla is integrated with CiviCRM and other common packages like GetActive.
It is designed to work perfectly in basic shared web hosting environments, a package that is less expensive and most common.

All WordPress, or Drupal CMs? Confuse what you choose will determine? For many website are requesting. Some of them All, WordPress, and Drupal are. The three major CMs (content management system) are. Many bloggers also compare the three major CMs have. This competition, we can see the best man. However, all of them superiorities and weakness. They deserve those objectives in different ways. Let's give some examples of these three chief ministers, to help him the best for your purposes might be to choose one.

Drupal wins hands down for customisation, it's free open source and used by alot of the major news and showbiz sites including whitehouse.org. Cons are, its a little tricky to get your head around if your a noob, some programing experience is helpful.
Joomla is a close second, still need a bit of experience but easier than Drupal.
Wordpress is great for beginners who don't mind NOT thinking out of the box. No matter what you do to the site, it will always be instantly recognisable as a wordpress site.
Hope this helps

WordPress is online and offers multiple users, which means you’re not the only one who can fix something in a pinch and you can access it from anywhere. Which means if you’ve got Internet access in Tahiti, you could work from there. That also means your important site is backed up on a secure server with multiple redundancies, not some high school kid’s laptop.

I never work with Joomla, but I've worked with Drupal and I widely work with Wordpress and one thing is clear for me: Drupal sucks. It has many bugs and the way it feeds content is confusing. It took me 3x the time if I had done it with Wordpress to finish the website.
