Looking for advice as to which is the best feedback tab plugin out there.

Seen lots of sites using uservoice.

I like the one on this site as it's so simple - http://www.whoseview.ie/index.html

Anyone know where you can get a plugin like that?

Sometimes the best feedback tab is no feedback tap, having said that the feedback tab you're looking for can be accomplish with CSS, use firefox with firebug plugin you will see the CSS code then just apply that to you site.

you can see it in action here http://www.cyprus-mail.com/ as a tab on the right of the screen. It can be moved anywhere on the page.

Well, a modal window could be done easily with CSS only...
