I would say the list is incomplete. There are a lot of other custom CMSs.
You might need to develop a new list based on CMSs' usability

All blogging platforms are cms including blogger. so it would be a big list.

Another CMS I've come across recently is the one offered by Site2You. Quite handy tools, lots of various features + nice designs. Perfect solution for those who'd like to create a site here & now making less efforts.
Sites can be both hosted with them or on your servers. Hope this information will be useful for someone.
