I want to know how i can load another page on my site into a frame on the same page as seen here

Where those Submit query are, when clicked they would load an embeded video player in that frame. How do i do that? Btw those are channels that would load when clicked.
How can i do that, i already have my site up but i have it by Dropbox method. |
