Hey gang, I'm working on a new site that will be user submitted and moderated. I thought about a forum layout but that generally just turns to crap (except for awesome forums like this). It's going to be along the lines of a dining guide where users can submit their businesses or ones they've been to that they like, give a review, and possibly allow others to comment on the business as well. Does anyone have any suggestions for what software to use?

So for an "out of the box" system you are looking at "Forum", "Wiki" or "directory" scripts.
