About two years ago, I had the idea and urge to create a website. I wanted something productive to do other then just roaming the internet. I wondered if i'd ever be able to make some income from it, but did not make it a reason or priority for starting the website.

Website is : removed

a member here named Lynxus helped me tremendously; I would crash my website, spend 8 hours straight trying to fix it, i asked him for help and he did it in less then a minute. happened twice, lol

Anyways to make this short, the website is a collection of "funny" pics, I started it about 18 months ago, i'd spend a lot of time on it. I was really excited when I installed analytics' and saw 4-5 visitors lol they were probably seospiders. I took a little break from it and checked back two days ago and saw that for the past week i've had about 650-800 visitors a day.

Kind of gives me a little more motivation to continue. Though this time I would like to do things better. Pretty much the only thing that's been bugging me has been the appearance. It runs off wordpress, I realize using free templates won't give you the "wow" factor.

about 2months ago, i tried one of those online website designers, but it just didn't feel right. sent a message and he responded with "we delete everything, start new ok you pay credit card today"

I guess what i'm looking for from you guys is advice, general advice and help, I know i'm limted by using wordpress but i love how easy it is to use, I just really dislike the 1990 scroll down blog format my website has now.

I appreciate all the help.

If you are asking for a review please use the review forum (read the rules first) and if you looking for a "makeover" look in the Blog Themes, hold a contest or post in the marketplace.
