Hi,

Just Edit it according to your need through Dreamweaver. If you have no technical knowledge then you can also design your web through wix or weebly. Furthermore, i know one webdesigner "Raghib Khesal" on the linkedin, who design any static 10 pages website in 30 $.

For the HTML templates that are already coded, it is simple to just edit them using Dreamweaver to your own needs. For the flash content on the templates, you'll need to edit them which will take some more effort. For this purpose, since I know you are relatively know, I recommend hiring someone for cheap to do the flash work or move over to HTML 5.

Another option, if you don't have the budget for Dreamweaver (I didn't when I started out) is KompoZer. It's free & handles basic editing tasks. On the downside, the project is no longer actively developed. Be sure to test any pages it creates using multiple browsers before publishing them online. Finally, you might take a look at BlueGriffon, a new WYSIWYG web content editor.

I think you should check the design in any of designing software like Photoshop etc and put it with their coding.

It has been a month now. I wonder if the OP has gotten his situation assessed?
I always recommend against buying PSD templates but rather buying them in conjunction with the coded HTML/CSS protocols already or else you'll be stuck in a situation just like this.

I feel interactive and multicolored HTML5 and CSS3 templates along with a nice slider and big bold navigation icons are really good. I have personally worked with some good designers at Removed and my experience was really great.
