Hi there, I would like to add disclaimers and also copyrights into my websites but like all legal documents, I could not neither read nor understand all the legality jargon...
Are there resources where I can do a simple copy/paste to save me from headaches??
Unfortunately disclaimers and copyright statements are very much individual to what they represent. In other words, you couldn't use mine with a copy/paste due to it's inclusion of certain other laws. In some of my statements I have the need to include copy that prevents me from accepting info from children. In others I have used articles and charts and need to include references for those in my copyright statements.
Here is a good description http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disclaimer and then you can build it from there. Obviously you know what you want to disclaim, just include those statements.
