Here is the problem: we stopped using their scripts at all because none of them make any sense due to lack of technical support for the features we need and lack of needed features in stock at all; but hosting wasn't a problem to begin with.
However the hosting support was okay until the charge-back-period hasn't expired!
Now 6 months later the time for getting our money back EXPIRED!
The ***nice timely service*** is expired with it too.
What do we need to do to get phpprobid to act exactly as it was during first 6 months before the charge-back-period expiration.
Nevertheless, we're in research for a entirely different host and a entirely different auction script as we speak, so your suggestions are welcome.
But please scripts without instant 'person to person' life support are Not welcome!
We learned royally that no matter how good the homepage is, if no skype or phone support, then you better off staying away from Thaaat Product.
I know we won't be calling them all the time but things can go wrong, degrade slowly, everyone knows that, so having a safety cushion by phone or instant messenger is really a piece of mind of sorts.
I'm ol'school so please don't blame me for something said out of line.
