I saw great design (WordPress theme) on site www.yeahiloveit.com I need this theme for my new project but I don't know how to find out it's title. Maybe I can find title inside HTML code? Or anywhere else on this site?

Or maybe you can recommend me same theme...

The copyright notice was in the footer and the theme name was found in the source ( CSS file )

Easiest way to find a pretty neat PRE-Designed theme for WP is to Google: "Free premium Wordpress theme" There's alot of magazine templates that look very similiar to that one.

I believe you can also use Tineye to get a list of places the theme is used which could also help you get to where you can download the theme for usage.
