I have just completed a site and put it on a host that I have used a few times with no problems. There is two forms in this site and they wont send properly, initially i got the message:
"Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page: "http://www.domain/Feedback Form.htm"
when looking on the microsoft support site it tells me the problem lies with the apache servers used by the host but as i said I am currently hosting other sites here with no problem. I attempted to get round this by inserting a script provided free by the host into one of the forms and get the following error:
Not Found
The requested URL /_derived/nortbots.htm was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I have to admit I am not too familiar with using scripts and may not have edited it correctly. I just want a simple resolution to run the forms. The servers support people say it could be a dns propogation error and i should wait a couple of days, but surely if I have been able to upload to the new server and the site appears then the nameservers have propogated or whatever the term is?
I have also checked that the frontpage extensions are installed on the server.
