Hello all, I have some temporary content that I'm trying to display on my site. I'm using a single layer on top of a page, but I can't keep the layer from floating when viewed in different screen resolution. my site can be viewed pretty much from 800 x 600 all the way to 1280 x 1024, but that one layer wont stay put especially when resizing the browser.
