Hello guys. Help me to find a web templates site where I can buy UNIQUE design at a bargain price. I have visited the TemplateMonster.com but they have sky prices (for example $3000 for a unique template).

You can get your website designed by any webdesigner at comparatively lower cost. There are many companies offering low cost webdesigning.such as v3soft.com

I think $3000 for a template is a bit high. You prob can get the site designed and hosted for less than that. But it may depend on what type of site you are looking at. Is it a basic info site, portal, e-commerce etc.
