Due to the nature of my site, I simply cannot have popups. It's a very high traffic website, so I need a good, reasonable pay per impression affiliate scheme.

However, I can't find any! Does anybody know of a good banner ppi affiliate who pay at least $2 CPM?

I'm looking for one as well. They don't have to give $2, 10c per impression would do!! I would prefer a banner one, but I'm based in the UK, so they'd have to pay me here.
