Hello everyone! I am trying to setup Trouble Ticket Express, but am having some trouble... I uploaded the files JUST as the instructions told me to, but when I type in the URL of the file, I receive the error 403 (forbidden) error message. I amnage my own server, so I do not understand why this is happening... The URL of the file is... www.atlantawebisteproductions.com/ttx/setup.cgi ... Any ideas?

With cgi files it is paramount that you have the chmod correct. Have you tried chmodding it to 755 or 777?

Steve.

Steve is right, with CGI scripts you MUST give the script execute permission in order for it to be able to run.
