I've purchased a web hosting package and they've given me the ftp details for uploading and told me I need an FTP client to do it. Can Dreamweaver do this? I've set it all up in the edit sites section and tested the connection but it say's not found. The addres I've got from the webhosting service is correct. Can anyone advise me?

Dreamweaver does have an FTP client. You can upload everything from the Dreamweaver program. You have to "define" a site and enter the FTP information the host gave you. I would try to re-enter the info the host gave you. It sounds like you are on the right track. You might check out this website and see if it helps.

It's easier to use one like AceFTP 3 Free But hurry on this one, it's being discontinued as freeware.
