New Link Exchange Management Tool

I've been promoting sites for while now, and out of a necessity to manage links, I’ve hired someone to write a link management program for me for both purchased links and link exchanges (reciprocal and nonreciprocal). I was previously a LinksManager user but didn’t like the fact that:

– it only works for reciprocal exchanges (does nothing for 3 way linking)
– it doesn’t work well for trading links with non-LinksManager customers
– it gets expensive for promoting multiple sites

I’m gathering feedback to see if anyone would be interested in using a program that solves these problems and if so, what features would be useful. I appreciate your feedback on if you would be interested in a program like this or not, and if so, what features you want. If the program is designed for internal use only, it will be cheaper/quicker for me to develop. On the other hand, if it is designed to support multiple users etc. it will more expensive/slower to develop but has the potential to benefit many other webmasters.

I greatly appreciate your feedback.

The reason why I posted to this thread is to get feedback from people actively purchasing and exchanging links. What are you using currently to manage links? What kind of features would you want in a link exchange management program (ex. track PR, backlinks, automatically send email when a link partner removes a link etc.)? Would you be willing to pay $20/month for a program that manages triangular link exchanges (as opposed to other programs that only handle reciprocal link exchanges)?
