You know, if you're terrible at business, the Web can help you. If you have any technical/programming skills, you should be able to set up a shopping cart system. Make your services the thing people can buy -- break it down by day or weekly rates, or else offer package deals. Part of the ordering process would be a nicely designed (by you) walkthrough that asks the client for all the necessary information to build a site -- name of company, domain name (if any), marketing collateral (logos, text, etc.), contact person(s), and so on. In this way, you could build up a design company that has automated the sales pitch, and the money collection. All you do at that point is wait for each purchased contract to come in, and get to work doing what you love.
For bonus points, you could design a calendaring tool, so that potential clients can see when their purchased product would be delivered. You could factor in existing projects, so that if you are backlogged, a client can see that it will be a 2 month wait. And if you've got nothing going on, they could see that the project will be done immediately.
Good luck with the business. Remember to leverage the Web to help with your weak areas.
