Hi to any one who reads this, I am very new to web building and I only do it for my partner and not for profit, the problem I am having is as follows, when I log on to the web-site that I have created, (on the net) the menu buttons do not appear at the bottom of the page unless i click on refresh button in the browser, i have tried to put a message on the home page indicating to viewers that if the buttons do not appear then click on refresh, but this message also does not appear.
Please help me if you can, and put it in simple terms what i need to do.
Thank you, and Regards, Ray. www.karmacolors.nl

The buttons appeared fine for me.

You could try preloading them, that may help. Heres a simple tutorial on how to do that:

Ray,

Do you have anything such as McAfee installed on the computer from which you tried to access the website? I only ask as software such as that can block 'active content' if it is deemed a potential risk to the computer. The buttons did not appear for me until I verifed that McAfee could proceed and allow the active content to be run.

Regards,

LGR.

Hi LGR,
In reply to your question, I have Norton on my pc, I am on WINXP
and the software program I have used to build the web site is -Serif page plus 9. When I view the pages in Browser that i am working on (off line) I also get a block of active content like you got. so I click on the allow and it comes up ok. so then I load it up to the provider "thinking that all is working" and it's only when I type the web address into search and the site comes up that I see all is not well. I have had a look at what Pencer recommended (above) but as I have said, I am new to this and when it comes to codes I do get a bit lost.
Regards, Ray.

I seem to have cured the above problem, I did have BRAVENET exchange traffic on site, since removing it the buttons now appear without having to press REFRESH. Just out of curiosity has anyone else had this sort of problem ?
