Whenever I go on statcounter.com on my home computer, it doesn't work!

I've tried clearing my cache, but that doesn't do anything; I still get a blank page entitled "Refresh Page". I've even tried using IE instead of FF but that doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

I have the same exact problem! Come on people... someone has to know why this is happening!

None of the statcounter pages work... I get "Refresh Page" on the blue strip of my brower and a 404 Error when I try to go to any other link to statcounter. This sucks because I can't get on the site and I pay monthly for extended reports from them. It's been over a freakin month in which I can't get the site to come up.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!

i clicked on the option: 'Obtain DNS server address automatically' in my network connection settings and it now works.

always worked just fine for me ... and i think this is a General Discussions topic

and BTW ... StatCounter is cool ... but free version is like giving a baby a candy and showing him the candy jar he could have

... i know it's just a tiny huge bit off-topic ... sorry
