I decided to make a skin for my forum, a brand new skin, not changing another one
I have no idea of where to start
I only know that I have the skill to make it in Photoshop (I saw another one in a psd file) but I have no idea of how I'll have to slice it and so other things to do....
is there a guide to make a phpbb style from scratch? step by step I mean....
