Does anyone know how to setup a password for a webpage?

There's tons of ways. Post a little info about your website, what server it's running on, what server side languages it supports, and it should narrow it down a little - then we'll be better placed as to what to advise.

yeah and also do you mean a login page or just a password protected page sp no one other than you can access it?
