Hi,
I am curious with regards to payment processors etc. as to how they work.
Say for example I wanted to create a payment system exclusive to my auction website that had enough members to warrant such a system as opposed to trying to find a partner site, how would I make a payment system like Nochex/pppay? Do they arrange the details with banks worldwide?
I have seen scripts that act as a payment processor but just allow you to upload funds from paypal accounts etc. - I cannot see the point in these.
Obviously this would be a large scale "operation" and for now I am just interested in any thoughts anybody can give me
