Is there a reason why an image will not appear in a browser, but other images in the same folder will?
I have an image called "banner.gif" that will not appear when I load it using its URL in the address bar. The title of the page, however is "banner.gif (GIF Image, 32x32 pixels)"
So where's the gif? This thing is huge...so it's certainly not too smal to see!
I can see it, but I think your probelm is the name of the image. Its best not to call it banner, call it something else, I think images called banner can be blocked etc - I can't remember exactly what I was told...
You're right. I posted a similar request in one of the coding forums, and was given the same advice. As soon as I renamed it, the file was displayed perfectly... *sigh*
Thanks
Andrew
