1have images that people can then send to there mobile phone on a website


2 have it so you can write a txt message then send it and it goes to a email address


3also be able to send advertising txt message to the members

You will need to find a mobile phone service provider.
We use 2sms (http://www.2sms.com) for text messaging, but I'm not so sure about images..

is it possable at all to get a server or something so we can send txt's from our own server without paying another company?

Well you'd need a text messageing gateway... I have no idea how to get one but if I was gonna do it I'd probably approach a mobile phone operator (Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile etc) here in the UK...
