I have noticed some sites have the first letter in there keywords capitalized. Are keywords case sensitve?

Not too sure, but it does have more emphasis if they are capitalised

For Google, keywords are not case sensitive yet. This many change, though. If you track keywords in Wordtracker you'll notice that keywords are listed in case order. More food for thought.
