Hi everyone, I am new here as you probably know.
I have designed and maintained a few websites with my Basic
knowledge of html.
My problem is with the url to my pages, I want to have them like
..........example canada.ca/house/home.html
How do I get that middle directory (if thats what you call it) ?

You would do that exactly the same way as you would create a directory/folder on a standard computer. The differences come depending on what FTP program you are using. Normally, you can just create the directory on your computer and then when you are FTPing the files, just select the directory and it will be uploaded.

Some programs will require you to create it manually, though. Just click the 'Make Directory' button in the FTP program (or if you are using web-based uploads it should have one too).
