I was talking with a guy who owns a web design company and he said:

"We are looking for F/T designers and programmers."

WHAT is F/T? Is it "FRONT" meaning client-side?

freelance/temp? maybe? i dunno or full time...

My first impression would be "full time". You may want to go back to him and get the specifics.

It might be FULL-TIME because he mentions "contractors" (instead of freelance/temp) then mentions F/T. He wrote the following below:

"we are looking for contractors and possible F/T designers/programmers."

So it could be "We are looking for contractors and possible FULLTIME designers"

F/T means FULL TIME in the business world, P/T part Time ext..
