A friend of mine had been using Frontpage and a dial-up connection with no problem. She recently went to Verizon DHL and now can't upload new pages to her web.
I vaguely remember reading somewhere that this could be due to the fact that the computer's IP changes . . . is this correct? And if so, how does she correct the problem?
