We are having a problem with PDFs linked within our site opening inconsisitantly. The link and the pdf both seem to operate correctly when we open them on the server but over the web the file downloads but no information appears when the file opens. Thanks for the help.

The URL of the site is www.seasparish.com, go to the "schools" tab, on the left hand listing the "Parent Handbook" is the pdf that is causing problems. Thanks

Works fine for me, Win XP Pro SP2/Firefox. Are you sure it's not just a plugin configuration issue on the machine you are trying to view the pdf on? What happens if you save the link target to your local hard drive and try and view it there?

It didn't load for me at work either (it's timing out)- running Win98, IE6 & a dial up connection - but it loaded at home running WINXP Pro, IE6 and a cable connection. I can download it at work and open it.My only guess would be the size of the file vs the machine that is trying to open it.
