I have a website i used but i didnt like that much, so i wonted to start working on a new one, i commonly use Frontpage 2000 but i get sick of the fact it dont great what i wont! What is the best, most basic web builder apart from Geocities...

There are several 100's of Template websites now. Between 1$ to 60$. But if you like the one from Omega for 5$, it's perfect !!

I have a cd that I used to use it has 400 professional templates and 100 flashes... I'm thinking since I really don't use it , I might put it on my secure server for people to download for like 10.00 I think that's a fair deal seeing how some places will charge 5.00 for one template one time... The templates are designed to be modded in any photodraw, photoshop, etc. very easily. It does make all the difference when you can just reach out for what your seeking and have it rather waiting on a build, JMHO
