How do I make a webpage that can appear in a full screen at different screen resolutions without using the scrollbar?

For example:
A person with screen resolution of 800 * 600 can see everything on the screen as a person with a screen resolution of 1024.

How do I do this?

If I understand right you just want a versatile site that can be viewed without scrolling horizontally no matter what screen resolution someone may have.

If so all you need to do is make your site fit horizontally on a 800 x 600 screen and have the whole site centered. When viewed by anyone it will be centered in the browser and will be in full visible sight.
