I think your budget seems very low. If you need creative and professional looking site you should raise your budget.

Since your budget is low, you might want to look at sites that sell templates......you will have to know how to intergrate the template into your site.

If your site host has free CMS scripts you could install one of them and then look for templates that work with the CMS you installed.

Another option is using a web host that offers free site builder software along with their hosting plans. There are many sites that do this, one if which I know of is http://www.nuwebhosts.com

My advice is to find the company that offers the best web builder. I can recommend you iPage as it offers web builder and hosting at a very affordable price. I'm not sure how much it was, but you can check it out on our site - www.Hosting-find.com

I would gladly help you with you're site a bit. I love playing the piano, so for free, I can help you a bit. I cannot do a full pledged mastermind design but I am guaranteed to be useful, along with being free.

Just a few questions though...
Do you play the piano?
Is you're site about the piano only, or other instruments? (Don't worry, doesn't matter, just answer)
What level are you, if you take lessons and theory?

Also, please give me some credit, or maybe a small banner add at the bototm of something for my site.
