If i make a movie in flash with a font that my friend does not have installed on his computer will he be able to view it in the movie?
Is it imbeded in the movie or do i need to include the font in a folder along with the movie?
if so does this go for veiwing movies on the web? do i need to include the fonts on my webserver?

A flash movie is basically a vector animation - so you can use any font you wish, people will still be able to view it

If the font is not installed on a users pc it'll display a default font. Inorder to get your font to display on any pc you'll need to break it apart in flash,this is done by right clicking on the text and selecting break apart. You'll have to do this twice as the first time its broken apart it'll seperate the text into the individual letters. If the text is inside a symbol make sure you break it apart inside the symbol and not break apart the entire symbol.
