Hi all

Have linked my text navigation to open a new browser window, when someone clicks on it.

Used Behaviors controls to construct.

Opens a new sized browser window, which it is supposed to do but also opens main browser window with same url.

Another point please.

How do I get a text link to open a iframe within the same page as the iframe does not have a header to anchor it too?

Thank you for any advice.

Cheers

Hi Chrishirst

Thanks for replying

Here is the url
www.travelbreak.info/index114CSS.html

Please scroll down to bottom of page to nav area and click any of the links.

The second point re: iframe

Already tried to use target for name iframe, = iframe1.

It opens up the iframe1 but it this is embedded in the web page and half way up from the nav area.

I would like to be able to anchor the iframe1, so when anbody clicks on to the nav text link on the navigation area it moves straight up to the iframe1 and does not open a seperate window.

The other problem that I am experiencing is that if you include a hotspot on an image I am unable to get it to open an new browser sized window.

Example: the global map on the left hand side.

Thanks for your help

Cheers

point 1.

You have both the href and the onClick() being actioned by the browser

instead of repeating the address in the script use this.href as the first parameter.
similar problem with the imagemap and you have target="_self" as well.

And you can't use a named anchor into an iframe.
