I was wondering whether anyone knows any sites that provide a service that can let me block users from a chat room that I can place on my site.

I thought most of them, even the free ones, had IP blocking or banning with them. I'm sure the pay ones do.

hotscripts.com - they have tons, im sure u can search for remote hosted ones if u cant host one urself
