Hi,

I need to know how to have my flash movie forward to another webpage once the movie has been completed.

So right now the movie plays for about 30 seconds and then when completed the movie stops and I see the last page of the movie.

When the movie stops I want it to automatically forward to a different url.

Any help with this would be very appreciated.

I have quite a bit of experience in flash, but I am not quite sure how to do that off the top of my head.

One thing you could do though, is put a meta tag in your <head> that will siwtch the browser to a new page after a certain amount of time.

HTML Code:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="TIME IN SECONDS;url=NEWURL">

Also, it is always a good idea to put a "Skip Intro" button, so people don't get bothered and leave after sitting through an intro.

Ok that makes sense, but does that take into account that for some people it may take longer time to download the movie before it starts or does the script not activate until all aspects of the page are completely downloaded?

Eep, thats one thing I foolishly over looked.

I am almost 100% sure that the count starts right away.
