I'd go for the last one if you had a poll option for it. None of them really grabbed me though. Thought Cobalt was the worst of the 3 though - too washed out.
I would also go for "Satellite style" that you found later. Its looks and feel are cool and nice. In the poll, I would say oiver is nice and it has good color combination. IMO, header size should be larger and navigation should look more attractive. You should really washed out cobalt skin as it has too much single color i.e. blue used everywhere. It does not feel eyes better to view for sometime. IMO, visitor could not stay for a while with that cobalt skin.
Both of those skins are sexy, but the sexiest skin that has always been and always will be is Cobalt.
Take it from me, I've owned over 15 RPG Forums and 10 'Community Forums' which have all ran on some sort of Cobalt skin. All of the users at every forum preffered it.
