Looking for some resources that cover setting up templates in Dreamweaver MX 2004. I am about to start a site and would really like to be able to generate all of my pages from a sole existing template. Can anyone recommend a tutorial?

Here is a site that gives the steps on creating a web site using Dreamweaver MX 2004, which covers everything including setting up templates. You will need a pdf file viewer. The template steps start on page 66 in this tutorial.
