Hi,
ive altered a template which i downloaded online and it came with a sign-up form on it, exactly what i wanted, but then when i save the adobe file as a html file...the form seems to be only and image and wont allow you to input data into the form. Any Help?

The form should be coded in HTML, I don't think just saving a psd as html will work at all. Try searching Google for tutorial about this or free form builder tool.

You will have to make a page in Frontpage or Dreamweaver or another Web Editing program. Insert your PS tempalte as the bg of a table that stretches across your whole page. Then make a HTML form. If you don't know how search google for "Html form tutorial" or something like that.
