I am creating a Flash animation, and have saved each piece of the animation as a JPEG file in PhotoShop.

Except, when imported into Flash, it still has the white background framing it, which obviously doesnt work well as the extra white frame covers the other objects and so just looks like a series of images in white boxes.

i was once shown a method of how to overcome this in PhotoShop, I dont suppose you can remember? It was something like:

select Magic wand tool on PSD file image>select image>inverse to select white background>delete/clear to get rid of white background>save as JPEG.

However, there is clearly a flaw in this as it isnt working. Can you see the flaw?!
