How do I make a webpage to automaticaly adjust its size depending on the viewers resolution?

I searched for this answer as well, and I'm not sure you can - anyone correct me if I'm wrong!
The best I found was this.

How to make a page that is autosized for any computer.

Hopefully someone really clever will have a better solution. I'd be really interested if they do.

I just did a google search for "css fluid layout" and this is the first result that popped up: http://glish.com/css/. I've used that site for some of my own CSS issues, so I'd definately reccomend it.
