Yes, on my website i have a news section and would like to know how to add new news to the page with a form

I forgot to say that there is 2 different types of news on 2 seperate pages, but i want just one form to add to either on of them, like have a drop down box to choose which to post to. maybe someone can email me with an exsample? akira29krj@hotmail.com
