I have two defining issues. The first is that I want a complex Flash front end to multiplex through many different forums with rated threads which appear in rated order, not temporal order. It will be a sort of competitive documentation/interpretation feature, but the issue is that the HTML/PHP bulletin board must go in a rectangle in a Flash interface.
The second issue is that I want users to be able to put HTML code and CSS tag edits in their profile responses to customize their profile page, a la MySpace.
So what would be the best content management system and module or software package to develop this in? PhpFox? Joomla's Community Builder? Drupal's Drupalution?
