Hey Folks--

I'm having problems with the cut and paste options in Dreamweaver. It was working fine when I first installed the program and now it doesn't work. I'm able to use the cut and paste option in other programs like Notepad, etc. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating? Any ideas? Am thinking I'll just uninstall the program and re-install it.

you might be copiying content that can't be inserted as text, maybe?

Try using ctrl + c to copy & ctrl + v to paste

or go to the start menu and click on run then type in "clipbrd" here's your clipboard and see if the thing you are copying is getting to the clipboard.

Hey all--

I just got off the phone with tech support at Macromedia. Here's what I had to do to fix the problem: go to apps and documents folder on the C drive, go to dreamweaver folder, go to to configuration folder and rename that folder. They told me to rename it configurationold. When I relaunched Dreamweaver it worked!!
