Im trying to make a simple webpage where when Im online lll allow others to see my webcam. (not an adult site hehe) I want to know what is best freeware with the least CPU usage that you've used. Also, do you think its best to host the image on my shared hosting service or just setup a http server on my pc and just add a link from my homepage to my PC? Thanks for all advice  |
