AS shown in attacthment, whilst designing this site i keep getting this error...

Thats all i have thier no other codes...why do i keep getting that msg...i get that in all my web pages ive created. thing is it dnt come as error everytime it comes sometimes. But i dnt want to publish the site till i dont get the reason why i get it. |
