I have a site ready tp launch or near enuff...

Is thier any codings i can get from some one. I am after the fade in/fade out effect for everypage that loads up...

Can i add this code to CSS ?

ANd also would this effect slow the site load up down or would it be same?

Leave it out. It's as impressive as dancing baby gifs and blinking links.

Will only irritate the bejeesus out of site visitors and encourage them to leave before even discovering what actual content your site offers.
