I have a folder with like, 20ish images...

I want a javascript where when user refreshes page the image changes to one of random image from that folder?

is that possible?

can anyone point me in right direction please

What backend are you using? If it was phpWebSite, I'd recommend the phpWebSite Photobox Module, which does exactly what you describe.
